What do OptiTrade reviews on Trustpilot say?

Most OptiTrade reviews on Trustpilot are positive: 82% of the 1,263 reviews give four or five stars. Buyers write about fast setup on TradingView, clean charts that are easy to read, and a fair price. The one-star reviews, 13% of the total, mostly describe trouble cancelling, refund requests and signals that came late.

Trustpilot notes that we haven't replied to negative reviews. That's fair, and this page answers the common complaints in one place.

What buyers like, in their own reviews:

  • Setup on TradingView is quick, and the access steps are easy to follow.
  • The labels are clean and easy to read on the chart.
  • The indicators give a clear direction and show trend changes.
  • The price is low for what is included.
  • Some write that the indicators take a while to learn before they feel familiar.

These are summaries in our own words, not quotes. Every review, positive and negative, is public on our Trustpilot page.

What are the most common complaints about OptiTrade?

The one-star reviews come back to four things: people couldn't find where to cancel a monthly plan, a refund was slow or refused, signals arrived later than they hoped, or support didn't answer fast enough. Each one is answered below with how it works today. If one of them happened to you, email info@optitrade.shop with your order number.

How do I cancel OptiTrade, and why is it hard to find?

Open the "Welcome on board!" email from OptiTrade and click "manage subscription" at the bottom. On the page that opens, scroll to the end, press "Cancel my subscription", pick a reason, press "Lose Access" and confirm with "Cancel it". You keep access until your paid period ends. Lifetime is never billed again. Lost the email? Write to info@optitrade.shop.

Some reviewers said the cancel option was hard to find. The button sits at the very bottom of your subscription page and is easy to miss, so we wrote the full steps down: step by step: how to cancel OptiTrade. After you cancel, a confirmation email arrives within about a minute.

Why was I charged after cancelling OptiTrade?

A second plan on the same email may still be open, a payment stopped only in PayPal leaves the plan open, a retry of an earlier failed payment can go through later, or a cancel email went unactioned. Email info@optitrade.shop with the date and amount of the charge, and we will check it.

Does OptiTrade really give refunds?

Yes. Under our Refund Policy, every payment you have made to OptiTrade is refundable, with no time limit, and no justification is required. Email info@optitrade.shop from the address you used to buy and include your order ID if you have it. Refunds go back to your original card or PayPal account and take 7 to 10 business days to process.

We may ask questions or offer help first if we think there is a simple fix. Cancelling and refunding are separate: cancelling stops future billing, it does not return money by itself. A refund covers what you paid OptiTrade. It does not cover trading losses or a separate TradingView subscription. Read the full Refund Policy.

Are OptiTrade signals late? Does OptiTrade repaint?

OptiTrade's indicators work out each label from price data on your own TradingView chart, so a label reacts to what price has already done. No indicator can tell you what the market does next, and any trade can lose. What you can count on: once a label appears, it stays on the same bar at the same price.

Each indicator has settings you can change. The setup guide explains them, and the Risk Disclosure covers what no indicator can do.

How fast does OptiTrade support reply?

Write to info@optitrade.shop. A real person reads every email, and we usually reply within a few hours on business days. Please don't reply to messages from no-reply@optitrade.shop, because those replies can't be read. Write from the address you bought with and add your order number so we can find your purchase straight away.

Answers to common setup questions are in the Help Center. We have no phone line and no live chat.

Can OptiTrade trade for me or send alerts?

OptiTrade never places trades and has no access to your broker account. It shows labels and levels on your TradingView chart, and you decide what to do. You can set TradingView alerts and get them by push notification, email or webhook. Anything you automate with those alerts is your own setup and can lose money.

What does Reddit say about OptiTrade?

The Reddit thread Google shows most is "Optitrade opinions?" on r/TradingView, started in January 2025. The first buyer found it okay but inconsistent. Later replies, into 2026, call it a scam and say refunds were refused, signals were too rare and charges kept coming after cancelling. Some of that is fair criticism, some is wrong, and we answer each.

The thread is Optitrade opinions? on r/TradingView. These are the points its replies make, in our own words, with what is true today:

  • Results feel inconsistent and the settings are hard to tune. That is fair for a beginner. OptiTrade draws its labels from past price data, so results change with the market, the timeframe and your settings, and any trade can lose. The setup guide explains every setting, and you can ask us at info@optitrade.shop. See also late signals.
  • Hardly any signals, or one trade a year on a daily chart. How often labels appear depends on the timeframe and the filters you switch on. A daily chart with the strictest filters shows very few; lower timeframes and looser settings show more, including more that fail. No number of trades or return is promised.
  • Refunds were refused, or proof was asked for first. Several replies say a refund request was met with questions or advice to test more. Our Refund Policy today needs no reason: we may ask questions or offer help first, but every payment is refundable, with no time limit. See refunds.
  • Charges kept coming after cancelling. This can happen when a second plan on the same email is still open, when payments were stopped only inside PayPal, when a retry of an earlier failed payment went through later, or when a cancel request by email was not acted on. If you were charged after asking to cancel, email info@optitrade.shop with the date and amount of the charge. See charged after cancelling. Any such charge is refundable too.
  • Emails go unanswered, and nobody says how to cancel. Write to info@optitrade.shop from the email you bought with, not to no-reply@optitrade.shop. The full cancel steps are on How to cancel OptiTrade.
  • OptiTrade's TradingView profiles were taken down. Until March 2026, access ran through invite-only scripts on our TradingView profile. Since March 2026 you get a personal code on your access page and paste it into TradingView's Pine Editor yourself, so a profile takedown can no longer cut your access.
  • It copies a free indicator. See the answer below.
  • Pretty good, but heavy. A buyer in r/Daytrading (April 2026) liked the indicators but said they made TradingView lag. Every indicator on a chart adds load, so add only the ones you actually use.

Is OptiTrade a copy of a free TradingView indicator?

No. OptiTrade is not a re-sold free script. Like many TradingView scripts, some of the OptiTrade scripts use free, public open-source Pine libraries as building blocks. What you buy is the full OptiTrade indicator set, its settings and your personal access, together with the setup guide and support.

The claim on Reddit is that OptiTrade copies the free Lorentzian Classification indicator. Building on public Pine libraries is common on TradingView. If OptiTrade isn't worth it to you, every payment is refundable under our Refund Policy.

Is OptiTrade the same as Opti Trade (opti-trade.com)?

No. OptiTrade at optitrade.shop sells TradingView indicators. We are not a broker, we never hold your money, and there is nothing to deposit or withdraw. Opti Trade at opti-trade.com is a different business, rated 1.7 on its own Trustpilot page. Reviews about deposits, withdrawals, gold signals or regulator warnings in search results are about it or other look-alikes.
